Thanks to a high-tech microprocessor and silicone pressure sensors, the PCAL-223 digital pressure calibrator offers a precise, reliable and economical solution up to 2500 bar. It is very easy to use and very functional. To achieve the best performance, each pressure sensor is specially aged, tested and examined before assembly. Each sensor has been pressure tested at several ambient temperatures from -10 ° C to 50 ° C. Thanks to these tests, individual data are generated and stored in the gauge in order to characterize its performance in this temperature range. Depending on the model, the PCAL-223 digital pressure calibrator can measure Relative, Absolute, and Differential pressures. The measurements are temperature compensated. The PCAL-223 calibrator also measures and simulates electrical voltage and current signals and has a 24 V loop power supply, thereby supplying and calibrating pressure transmitters. The instrument is HART compatible, it can calibrate a HART transmitter without disturbing the HART signal delivered. A HART communicator is built into the instrument, allowing the PCAL-223 to read and update calibration related information directly, without requiring the use of any other device. The PCAL-223 calibrator has a large 6 DIGIT LCD screen with a double digital display, allowing it to display the pressure in 10 units selectable by the user. PCAL-223 pressure calibrators can manually store up to 40 files.
